THE CONFERENCE ROOM
The largest of our four conference and meeting rooms, seating 70 people theatre style or 20 people boardroom style. This room is ideal for larger meetings and is a superb venue for conferences.
THE CORNER ROOM
This stylish space offers a light and fresh area for meetings, board meetings and presentations. The large boardroom table accommodates up to 10 people comfortably.
THE CIRCLE ROOM
This space offers outstanding meeting room facilities for board meetings, interviews, one to one meetings and presentations. It seats 16 people boardroom style or 20 people theatre style.
THE TRAINING ROOM
This space offers an ideal setting for your training session, small meeting or presentation. It seats 14 people boardroom style or 20 people theatre style.
THE MEETING ROOM
This ground floor meeting room offers a theatre style conferencing venue in a bright environment with a capacity of 50 people.
THE DISCUSSION ROOM
a small private room for 4 people.
The Conference Room, Corner Room and Circle Room are linked via sliding doors and can be opened up to provide larger space if required.
Room hire costs start from only £20 per hour / £100 per day
EQUIPMENT HIRE
The Media Centre has a range of equipment from flipcharts to microphones, available to hire for your conference or meeting.
REFRESHMENTS
A range of light refreshments for conferences and meetings can be provided by the on site café bar, Café Ollo.
More extensive catering is also available on request.
HIRING A ROOM AT THE MEDIA CENTRE
Rooms are available for hire at The Media Centre Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00. Bookings outside these hours and on weekends are available. Our Customer Service team can discuss your requirements.
